01 — Problem

The Challenge

Bakescape by Sisters was growing quickly as a home bakery, but their website wasn't keeping up. The menu was difficult to navigate, there was no online ordering capability, and the design didn't reflect the warmth and quality of their baked goods.

Customers were constantly messaging them on WhatsApp asking about the menu, prices, and availability — creating a heavy administrative burden that a better website could solve.

02 — Research

Understanding the Audience

We analyzed how home bakery customers behave online. The key insight was that they wanted to see beautiful photos of products, understand pricing quickly, and place orders with minimal friction — ideally without making a phone call.

We also studied competitor bakeries and identified that a clean, appetite-driven design with clear categorization (cakes, cupcakes, cookies, custom orders) significantly improved customer engagement.

03 — Wireframe

Planning the Structure

We structured the site around 4 core pages: a hero-rich homepage with featured treats, a categorized menu page with prices, a custom order page, and a contact/delivery info page. Each product card included a direct WhatsApp order button.

The menu was designed as a visual grid so customers could browse by category and add items to their WhatsApp order seamlessly.

04 — Final Design

The Solution

A warm, inviting design with a pastel-inspired color palette that reflects the brand's homemade quality. Large food photography, clear pricing, and one-tap WhatsApp ordering on every product. The menu is organized by category with beautiful visual cards.

The redesign was completed in 72 hours, transforming an outdated site into a modern ordering platform.
