Case Study
Jays Roofing
A lead-generating website for a roofing contractor with portfolio gallery, service areas, testimonials, and quote requests.
01 — Problem
The Challenge
Jays Roofing had no online presence beyond word-of-mouth referrals. They were losing potential customers to competitors who had professional websites with service details, portfolio galleries, and quote request forms. They needed a website that actively generated leads.
Key requirements included showcasing completed projects, clearly defining service areas, displaying customer testimonials, and making it easy for homeowners to request a quote.
02 — Research
Understanding the Audience
We studied top roofing contractor websites in markets where the industry is mature. The common thread was clear: homeowners want to see before/after photos, understand service areas, read reviews from neighbors, and get a quote without picking up the phone.
Trust was the biggest factor — the site needed to convey reliability, professionalism, and local expertise from the first visit.
03 — Wireframe
Planning the Structure
Seven pages were mapped out: a hero-driven homepage with trust signals, services breakdown, portfolio gallery with project photos, service areas map, testimonials, about/team page, and a quote request page with a detailed form.
The user flow was designed to move visitors from awareness (portfolio) to consideration (testimonials) to action (quote request) as smoothly as possible.
04 — Final Design
The Solution
A sturdy, trustworthy design with a blue/neutral color palette that conveys reliability. The portfolio gallery showcases completed roofing projects, service areas are clearly marked, and each testimonial builds social proof. The quote request form is prominent but not pushy.
Built in 48 hours, the site is fully responsive and optimized for local search — helping Jays Roofing capture leads from homeowners actively searching for roofing services.

- A clear, low-friction quote request form drives significantly more leads than a phone number alone.
- Local service businesses benefit enormously from a well-structured website — even in industries where online presence is still uncommon.
